I'm from the UK and I moved to the Basque Country in 2016. I left to discover life in a different country, learn a new language and meet new people.

I didn't expect things to be so different.

I knew the culture would be different but I never expected the systems to be so different.

From ID cards (the famous TIE and NIE), the postal system (I've lost many items/letters) and the lack of half term (yes, believe it), there were many things to be discovered.
