A clear favourite for British tourists in seek of sun, sand and sea. However, the country has so much more to offer than that. Escape from the hotel resorts, get away from the stalls selling fry-ups, and the Sun newspaper, and immerse yourself in the rich culture, the diverse food, and the history that is in every street you walk through. 

Spain may not be your first destination when travelling in your 30s. Cities like Benidorm, and Malaga may come to mind. But, mature travelling will lead to away from those places, and into cities, towns and villages you'd have never seen before.
